An IDF force arrested two Arabs driving on road 60 near the community of Otniel, who had in their possession homemade Karlo weapons.
The guns were hidden inside a coat. The two Arabs were taken for interrogation. The IDF spokesman announced that "the IDF continues at all times to act to foil terror activity."
