Democratic Congress members are calling for tougher restrictions on arms purchases in the United States following the massacre Las Vegas on Sunday night, in which 59 people were murdered and 527 wounded.
Authorities discovered 18 firearms in the home of the shooter, Stephen Paddock, in addition to at least 20 rifles that were found in his hotel room after the shooting.
