Supreme Court Justices Yitzhak Amit, Uri Shoham and George Kara have rejected a petition filed by the Movement for Governance and Democracy against the directive issued by Supreme Court President Miriam Naor, which prohibits sitting judges from meeting with outside bodies.
This is a directive that deals with the prevention of meetings between judges interested in promotion and members of the Judicial Selection Committee who are not among the justices of the Supreme Court.
