Minister of Construction Yoav Galant apologized this morning in an interview with Army Radio about the absence of a government representative from the memorial ceremony for the fallen of the Yom Kippur War.
"If it depended on me, I would have come - we must remember the fallen, and cherish their offspring," Galant said.
