The US Embassy in Havana, Cuba, on Friday warned US citizens not to visit the country because of mysterious "attacks" causing dizziness, fatigue, and hearing loss in the Embassy's staff.
Over half of the Embassy's staff evacuated Cuba.
Only emergency services for US citizens will be available.
