An ambulance team which was summoned to treat an elderly woman suffering from shortness of breath was blocked by a truck impounding cars on a Tel Aviv street. The inspectors in the truck insisted on removing the cars and the ambulance was forced to wait for 20 minutes before it could reach the woman.
The woman was taken to the hospital while respirated and sedated.
