Ibrahim Nasser, a 22-year-old resident of the village of Turan in the Lower Galilee, has been charged with the murder of Bashar Nasser, a resident of his village.
The indictment submitted to the Nazareth district court states that Nasser drove a car, intentionally hit the victim and critically injured him, afterwards fleeing the scene. Nasser died of his wounds three days later.
