The Lod District Court has sentenced 30-year-old Khaled Basti from eastern Jerusalem to 21 years in prison for stabbing and wounding four people in Ra'anana in 2015.
In addition to the prison, the court ordered the terrorist to compensate each of his victims with tens of thousands of shekels.
