Police arrested a 21-year-old Palestinian Authority resident without permission to be outside the PA at a construction site in Tel Aviv.
During his interrogation, he said that he planned to carry out an attack and planned to buy a knife and stab Jews. He will be brought to the Tel Aviv Magistrates Court this morning for a remand hearing.
