The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal filed by Noble Energy and Delek Drilling companies, and ruled that the class action suit against them for the high price they charge for natural gas will not be rejected outright.
The suit claims that the companies are using their power as a monopoly in the loca field to sell gas to the Israel Electric Company at an exorbitant price.
