Disabled protest: Yad Mordechai junction blocked

Route 4 at the Yad Mordechai intersection is blocked to traffic following a protest of the disabled.

In addition, Route 4 at the Zikim intersection to the south and Route 34 in Kibbutz Erez to the west are blocked.
