German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Wednesday night after her election victory that she still believes her decision to open the country's borders to refugees in 2015 was correct.
Referring to the entry of the nationalist, anti-European Union AfD party to the government, Merkel said: "I will win back votes that AfD won."
