President Trump spoke at the General Assembly about US contributions to the UN, which he said total 22% of its budget.
He said that the US carries an “unfair burden” with the resources it provides to the UN.
Trump then attacked Cuba and the government of Venezuela for the way they are impoverishing their nations. He added that people need to do more to address the situation there.
