A 69-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of committing rape and indecent acts with his wife's granddaughter.
The Rishon Letzion Magistrates Court extended his remand until Tuesday.
Police opened an investigation after a complaint by the girl's father that his mother's stephusband had been molesting his daughter. The acts had allegedly been committed on a number of occasions when the stepgrandfather babysitted the girl.
