The Allswanger-Karmit plan, by which 1,630 building units are slated to be built in the fashionable Ein Kerem neighborhood of Jerusalem on land owned by Shlomo Deri, the brother of Interior Minister Aryeh Deri, has been frozen. On Wednesday it will be presented for a second time to the municipal planning committee.
