Steinitz brother-in-law, former aide questioned on subs

It has been disclosed that Gary Hakim, the brother-in-law of Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz, and Aviad Shai, Steinitz's advisor during his tenure as Finance Minister, have been detained for questioning on allegations of improprieties in Israel's purchase of submarines from Germany.
