Musa Abu Marzuq, deputy head of the Hamas political bureau, said he would not hold indirect talks with Israel on the release of Israeli civilians and the bodies of soldiers held by the terror organization until the release of 54 security prisoners among more than a thousand exchanged in 2011 for Israeli soldier Gil'ad Schalit who were rearrested for resuming their terror activities.
Abu Marzuq is currently in Egypt trying to get the government in Cairo to agree to be a mediator between Israel and Hamas.
