Hamas purchased diesel fuel in Egypt as part of its efforts to solve the electricity crisis in Gaza.
Haras has refused until now to pay for electricity, claiming that the PA is responsible for such matters but the crisis has caused the heads of Hamas to change their approach and purchase fuel from independent sources.
