President Peter Maurer of the International Committee of the Red Cross met Tuesday with Hamas leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar.
During the meeting, Maurer asked Sinnauer to allow a visit from the Red Cross where the Israelis held captive by Hamas are being held.
