Mexican Finance Minister Ildefonso Guajardo Villarreal said on Thursday that the North American Free Trade Agreement will continue to exist between his country and Canada, even if the United States withdraws from it.
President Donald Trump has in the past promised to withdraw from the agreement, but after he was sworn in as president, he said he would not withdraw but would instead discuss a new deal with Canada and Mexico.
