The State has submitted a petition to add another claim which was not presented during the Supreme Court hearing regarding the Petah Tikva demonstrations.
The State insists that demonstrators should get licenses for any future demonstrations, for reasons of maintaining public order and safety.
The State also feels that demonstrations should take place in another location due to their size, the music and speeches amplified by loudspeakers and the major arteries were closed.
