The Asharq Al-Awsat London-based newspaper claims that the US has agreed to a demand by Moscow to allow Iranian officers to remain present at a distance of just 8 km from Israel's border.
The report claims that the Americans have backtracked on a previous demand that Iranians should be at a distance of tens of kilometers from Israel's border with Syria.
