Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner announced on Tuesday that a curfew will be imposed in the city from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. to ensure public safety following the flooding from Hurricane Harvey.
He added the curfew will be in effect until it is no longer needed.
