Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu that changes in legislation would be needed to enable the implementation of the agreements he had reached in order to deal with illegal infiltrators.
Responding to a Supreme Court ruling, Netanyahu noted that Israel's policy on the issue of infiltrators is based on three elements: the fence established in the south and blocking the entry of the infiltrators, the agreement reached with the countries that agreed to absorb deportees and enforcement.
