Public Safety Minister Gilad Erdan said on Monday that a Supreme Court decision on illegal immigration "empties my decision as Interior Minister to implement the policy of expulsion to a third country."
Writing on Twitter, Erdan said the ruling "leaves the country without an effective tool for removing the infiltrators."
