The Supreme Court ruled Monday afternoon that the arrangement for the voluntary removal of infiltrators to a third country is a legal arrangement, and therefore it is possible to distance infiltrators by using this arrangement.
The judges ruled that in certain cases, infiltrators could not be held in custody for more than 60 days.
