Interior Minister Aryeh Deri ordered the advanced payment of grants to 85 Muslim and Druze local authorities prior to the Eid El-Adha sacrifice festival which falls at the beginning of September.
The grants will facilitate payment of salaries to municipal workers prior to the festival.
