Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely referred Sunday morning to the visit of UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to Israel, which begins Sunday.
"The Secretary-General has an opportunity for a historic rectification of the longstanding discrimination and bias against Israel," Hotovely said.
