The Beersheva District Labor Court will hold a hearing behind closed doors regarding demands by Dimona nuclear reactor workers to cancel emergency regulations and directives signed by the state which force the workers, who are nuclear scientists, to stay at their workplace without the option to protest or oppose the decisions.
The workers are protesting the fact that the state has refused to sign a new collective agreement with them for the past decade.
