The Regavim movement for preservation of state lands has petitioned the Supreme Court to demolish the access road to the Samarian Palestinian Authority town of Rawabi, which was built on private Arab land.

Regavim Attorney Avi Segal of the Regavim movement said, "In recent years, the High Court of Justice has taken a very strict line and ordered the demolition of buildings and roads built by Jews on private Palestinian land, and therefore, in this case, it is unreasonable for the High Court of Justice to be more lenient on the rights of the landowners."
