Yosef Prisman of Yitzhar, married and the father of a baby, received a notice over the weekend from the head of the Israel Defense Forces' Central Command, Roni Numa, according to which he intends to issue an administrative order to Prisman that distances him from his home and from Judea and Samaria for a period of four months.
A few months ago, the Court of Appeals canceled an administrative order issued against Prisman for lack of cause. In the coming days, Prisman is expected to file an objection against the new order.
