The Beersheva Magistrates Court ruled in favor of the state and required the members of the Harel seed group, numbering 50 defendants, to pay the 80,000 NIS cost of evacuating them and the 9,000 NIS court costs, after the group trespassed on public property in the Avdat region of the Negev and were evacuated by the Israel Lands Administration.
