Israeli police arrested an illegal Arab resident in Netanya Saturday night on suspicion of planning to perform a terror attack.
The suspect, a 21-year-old resident of Tulkarm, aroused police suspicions. He was detained for investigation and found to be carrying a knife.
The suspect was transferred to security forces and then to Israeli police and admitted that he intended to perform an attack.
The suspect will be arraigned for remand in the Petah Tikva Magistrates Court.
