Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely published her response to the Barcelona ramming attack.
"I condemn the terrible, incomprehensible and murderous terror attack. Our hearts are with the Spanish nation and we pray for the recovery of the wounded," Hotovely wrote on her Twitter account.
