Spacecom (Hallel Tikshoret) has informed the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that it has been joined by Chinese corporation Xinwei in signing a cancellation of the merger of the two firms
According to the agreement, Xinwei's acquisition of Spacecom was to have been made for $285 million.
