Prosecutors have filed an indictment in the Tel Aviv District Court, charging Vyacheslav Reichlin, 38, of Haifa, with the murder of a man who was found dead in his burnt-out apartment on Bograshov Street in the city last month.
Reichlin has also been charged with arson, extortion by threats and extortion by force, aggravated forgery and other offenses.
