The municipalities of Haifa, Nesher, Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Tivon and the Zevulun Regional Council have filed a petition against the decision of the National Planning and Building Council to allow the expansion of the national refineries in Haifa Bay.
The petition was submitted to the Haifa District Administrative Court.
