America is preparing military options in case sanctions imposed on North Korea fail, the most senior general in the US armed forces has said.
Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Joseph Dunford made the comments to South Korean President Moon Jae-in in a 50-minute meeting, according to a spokesman for Seoul.
