The Southern District Prosecutor submitted to the Beersheva District Court an indictment against a central district resident.
The resident is charged with aggravated assault in extreme circumstances against her two-month-old baby, after she threw the baby from a moving car and caused it to be moderately injured.
The prosecution demanded that the woman be sent for psychiatric observation.
