The Spokesperson's Office of the Israel Defense Forces said on Tuesday that the preliminary findings of the team of experts investigating Monday night's serious accident at the Ramon base indicate no connection was found between the malfunction that occurred in the helicopter yesterday and the one that caused the crash a month and a half ago that led to the grounding of Israel's fleet of Apache attack helicopters.
The choppers have been grounded pending the completion of this investigation.
