Elor Azariya has filed a second request with the military appeals court to delay the start of his 18-month sentence for manslaughter in the shooting of a wounded terrorist when he was a soldier.
The request was submitted after military prosecutors expressed opposition to his first request. Azariya noted that Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot can start consideration of his request for leniency.
