The military prosecution informed the military court that it opposes Elor Azariya's request to delay the start of the 18-month prison sentence imposed on him.
Azariya's lawyers approached the military appeals court yesterday, after it rejected their appeal for the conviction and sentence last week, and asked to delay his entry into military prison until the Chief of Staff assesses the request to soften the sentence.
