Former Minister Gideon Sa'ar claims that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu should not resign due to thepolice investigations against him. Saar said, "The guilt or innocence of a person is clarified and determined only in court. Not in television studios or newspaper headlines. The prime minister is serving by virtue of the confidence of the Knesset that was elected by the people. No cause has been created for the prime minister to resign."

The senior Likud party member added, "Responsibility demands refraining from attacking the law enforcement systems that are doing their job."
