The Tel Aviv Prosecutor's Office submitted an indictment against Rika Kozma, a 60-year-old Rumanian citizen, on suspicion of abusing the 89-year-old woman she was caring for in Tel Aviv.
The indictment states that Kozma would slap and curse the woman and related to her with disrespect.
