Prime Minister Netanyahu referred at the beginning of the cabinet meeting to the Netiv Avot neighborhood in Gush Etzion.
Netanyahu said that "today a committee led by me will convene on the matter of Netiv Avot. We are dealing with the issue the whole time and trying to find a humane and logical solution to this human problem. I hope we will succeed in advancing on this track."
