The Tel Aviv District Prosecutor submitted a short time ago an indictment against Mohammed Cha'arouf, a 29-year-old from Shechem who is suspected of murdering Michal Halimi, a resident of Adam in the Binyamin region, during the month of May.
Cha'arouf is also accused of theft of a car, plotting to commit a crime, selling stolen goods, illegal entry into Israel and credit card forgery.
The indictment against Cha'arouf is not for a nationalistically-motivated crime but rather for a romantically related crime.
The indictment is also against Atier Levisi, a 20-year-old from Tulkarm, who is accused of plotting to commit a crime, illegal entry to Israel and selling stolen merchandise.
