The Kremlin on Friday said it agreed with U.S. President Donald Trump's assessment that ties between the U.S. and Russia are at an all-time and very dangerous low.
"We fully share this opinion," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists of Trump's view, expressed by the President on Twitter on Thursday.
