Deputy minister Tzipi Hotovely attended the rally at Sa-Nur marking 12 years since the disengagement.
"It's time to fix the mistake the Israeli government made 12 years ago and such a gesture can only be done if the communities in Northern Samaria are reestablished," Hotovely said.
