The High Court of Justice rejected on Thursday the petitions of the families of the terrorists who murdered Border Guard Hadas Malka in an attack near the Damascus Gate into Jerusalem's Old City.
The judges also rejected a similar petition filed by the family of the terrorist who murdered Sergeant Elhai Taharlev and wounded another soldier with a car at the Ofra Junction.
