Police were summoned to a Lod street after a report of a man walking around naked near a local synagogue.
Police located the suspect who answered the description, but he was dressed. The suspect was detained and interrogated and his testimony revealed that he was related to the act.
The 69-year-old man was remanded until Wednesday when he will be arraigned at the Rishon Letzion Magistrates Court.
